Our members span healthcare, education, finance, insurance, project management, and more—working at places like Black Hawk County Public Health, UnityPoint, Cedar Falls Community Schools, VGM, UNI, MercyOne, and local small businesses. Beyond their day jobs, they serve on boards and volunteer with groups such as House of Hope, Girl Scouts, Women for Good, Cedar Valley Leadership Institute, and many others.

We’re proud to have 100+ Sustainers—past Active members who’ve completed their service requirements and now support the League through mentorship, philanthropy, and engagement without a regular placement.
